Lindsay Richards is an experienced Trial Attorney. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. She previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston, Fort Bend, Travis County and Williamson County. As a Prosecutor, she tried the most difficult and complex cases. She specialized in Adult Sexual Assaults and Domestic Violence, taking on the toughest facts and never backing down all while maintaining a heart for victims. She has tried at least 100 criminal cases in her career from DWI's to Murders. Where most people shy away from things, Lindsay faces difficult cases with passion and grit. She is responsible for trying more Adult Sexual Assaults than almost any Prosecutor in the State. She brings the same passion and perseverance to her Criminal Defense work. She believes that people need help in their most difficult moments and always treats her clients with dignity.
